Customers are welcome to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting us via ecrater with a request for return within your order. (Your order will be approved once verification of warranty has been validated ) You must have a RMA # prior to returning goods, to our location or it will be refused. The RMA # will be issued by either eCrater or Parts4Less. Shipping charges for the return of merchandise will be the responsibility of the customer. Occasionally, shipping errors occur and products can arrive damaged or items are mis-shipped. If you have received a damaged item, or an incorrect item, please notify Parts4Less at 702-714-7797 within (2) two business days. please include your name, original order number, along with problem you are having in the message. Once information is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on returning your item. Once the RMA is received at our location, one of two things will happen 1. You will receive a refund that will include the cost of the item 2. Your replacement item will be shipped out and a tracking number will be provided to you if you request a replacement. 3. Orders that are returned to Parts4less unwanted, refused, unclaimed or undelivered or not the right part and or other returns are subject to a restock fee of 10-20%.4. Orders that are returned to Part4less missing/opened original packaging or used will be subjected to restock fee of 25-50%. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you ship your package in a way that allows you to track the shipment and receive proof of delivery, Addresses and personal information will be deleted from the system within 6 months of orders
